By using the DropCrate website and purchasing a DropCrate, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders & Payment

All prices are in USD. Orders are final once payment is processed. DropCrate reserves the right to cancel or limit any order suspected of fraud or abuse.

2. Sweepstakes Entry

Each eligible purchase may include entry into the DropCrate Sweepstakes. By purchasing or entering, you accept the Official Rules available at dropcrate.com/rules. Any refund or return will void sweepstakes eligibility and all entries from that order.

3. Refunds & Returns

All sales are final except for damaged or defective boxes. See the Return & Refund Policy for details.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product images, and designs are owned by DropCrate or its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DropCrate and Sonder Brands LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of enjoyment, perceived value, or missed sweepstakes opportunities.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

7. Disputes

Disputes shall be resolved in Travis County, Texas. By using this site, you agree to binding arbitration in that jurisdiction.
