📦 DROPCRATE – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want every customer to enjoy their DropCrate experience. Because each DropCrate box contains randomized items and may include sweepstakes entries, all sales are final, except as described below.

1. Returns for Damaged or Defective Boxes

If your DropCrate arrives damaged or defective, please email contact@dropcrate.club within 7 days of deliverywith photos of the damage and your order number.
We may request that you return the damaged box to:

Once the damaged box is returned and inspected, we will either:

  • Ship a replacement box, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

2. Exclusions

  • No refunds or returns will be accepted for reasons such as dissatisfaction with the contents, perceived value, or finding a lower price elsewhere.

  • Returns void sweepstakes eligibility. Any box returned for refund or replacement will lose all sweepstakes entries or prize eligibility associated with that order.

3. Prize Items

If you receive a top prize item (e.g., iPhone 17 Pro, Xbox Series X, or Nintendo Switch 2) that arrives broken or unusable:

  • A cash refund is not available for the item’s value.

  • You must return the prize to DropCrate for inspection.

  • Once inspected, DropCrate will repair or replace the prize item with the same or a comparable model.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, digital downloads, promotional bonuses, and free items cannot be returned or refunded.
