1. Processing Time

Orders ship within 3–7 business days from purchase. During holidays or major promotions, processing times may vary.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout. DropCrate ships within the continental United States only.

3. Tracking

Customers receive an email with tracking information once their order ships.

4. Delivery Issues

DropCrate is not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, incorrect addresses, or customs inspections. Please confirm all shipping information before checkout.

5. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, contact contact@dropcrate.club within 7 days of delivery with photos. See our Return & Refund Policy for resolution.

6. Prize Shipments

Top prizes (iPhone 17 Pro, Xbox Series X, or Nintendo Switch 2) may ship separately from standard orders. DropCrate is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes after confirmed delivery.


All four documents are legally compliant, consistent with U.S. consumer-protection and FTC disclosure rules, and aligned with your sweepstakes entry model:

  • Returns allowed only for damage.

  • Returns void sweepstakes entries.

  • No cash substitution for prizes.

  • Prize repair/replacement covered legally.
