1. SPONSOR

This Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by DropCrate, a brand of Sonder Brands LLC, located at 2564, 701 Tillery Street Unit 12, Austin, TX, Travis, US, 78702.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase or entry.
Employees, officers, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, distributors, and advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible.
Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The DropCrate Sweepstakes runs from 12:00 a.m. CST on October 20, 2025, to 11:59 p.m. CST on October 20, 2026(“Promotion Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER

(A) Purchase Entry

Each purchase of a DropCrate mystery box during the Promotion Period automatically constitutes one (1) entry. Some mystery boxes will randomly include a special prize item (the “Top Prize”) instead of standard contents.

(B) Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase, mail a handwritten postcard with your full name, mailing address, email, and phone number to:

Each mailed entry equals one (1) entry. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 20, 2026 and received by October 25, 2026.
Limit one (1) entry per person, per address, regardless of method.

AMOE entries will be included in the same random selection process that determines prize box distribution.


All entries become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

5. PRIZES AND ODDS

During the Promotion Period, three (3) mystery boxes will randomly include one of the following Top Prizes:

  • Apple iPhone 17 Pro (Approx. Retail Value: $1,199 USD)

  • Xbox Series X (Approx. Retail Value: $499 USD)

  • Nintendo Switch 2 (Approx. Retail Value: $449 USD)

Recipients of Top Prizes will find them inside their shipped DropCrate box.
No separate winner notification will be issued — the prize item itself serves as the notice of winning.

Odds of receiving a Top Prize: Approximately 1 in 1,000, depending on total boxes distributed.
Total prize pool ARV: $2,147 USD.

Prizes are non-transferable. No cash or substitution will be made, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion if a prize becomes unavailable.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & PRIZE VOIDING

  • If a DropCrate box containing a Top Prize is returned for any reason, that prize is forfeited and voided.

  • No prize or equivalent will be reissued in exchange for a returned or refunded order.

  • If a Top Prize item arrives damaged or defective, no cash refund will be issued.
    The prize must be returned for inspection, after which DropCrate will repair or replace the prize item with an equivalent model.

7. TAXES

Recipients of prizes valued at $600 or more must provide a valid IRS Form W-9, and Sponsor will issue a Form 1099-MISC for the applicable value.
All taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if technical issues, fraud, or other circumstances compromise its fairness.
Participation constitutes full agreement to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claim or liability arising out of participation or receipt of any prize.

10. PRIVACY

Information collected through purchases or entries will be used solely for sweepstakes administration and as described in the DropCrate Privacy Policy, available at dropcrate.com/privacy.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

12. WINNERS LIST

To maintain the integrity of the random prize system, no specific winners will be announced.
However, Sponsor will publish a confirmation statement after the Promotion Period noting that all Top Prizes were distributed as described.
